Q. If I have to wait for my car to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?

A. Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).

• Towncar - all domestic and international flights have no extra charge. Other pick-up destinations receive 10 minutes free. After 10 minutes, there will be a late fee.
• Limousines - all domestic and international flights have no extra charge. Other pick-up destinations receive 10 minutes free. After 10 minutes, there will be a late fee.
• Vans - all domestic and international flights have no extra charge. Other pick-up destinations receive 10 minutes free. After 10 minutes, there will be a late fee.
• Late Fee - $1 per minute
• If you are waiting for 30 minutes for your luggage, please call to notify us.
• If the flight is late, there will be no additional charge.

Q. How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

A. When you arrive, please call (206) 242-3333 or (888) 809-3334 to notify us. We will tell you what type of car and name of your driver and what door we will pick you up at.

Q. What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

A. All of our towncars are newer models.

Luxury Sedans are either Lincoln Town Car or Cadillac available in dark and light colors

Stretch Limousines - Newer models are only Lincolns and available in black and white colors, also included in the limo is TV, VCR and CD Player. Fully Stack Bar included with soft drinks and hard liquor. (Please give 5 days advance notice)

Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 8 passengers plus their luggage. The luxury vans can be used for sight seeing or other than airport transit. (Please give 2 day advance notice)

Mini Vans - accommodate up to 7-10 passengers and up to 7 big suitcases. (Please give 1 day advance notice)

Q. What is your credit card processing procedure?

Your credit card will not be charged until the day off the service. Security deposits can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler. All of our drivers have the ability to swipe credit cards.

Note: Cancellation made less than 3 hours notice will be charged.

Q. What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

A. ALL no shows will be charged the full charge (includes 20% gratuity). To avoid being charged you must:

1. Call (206) 242-3333 or (888) 809-3334 so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.

2. Call (206) 242-3333 or (888) 809-3334 in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

Q. If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requiremients?

A. All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to your arrival. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation within 24 to 3 hours before service time. You must provide confirmation # for each reservation.

• Email your cancellation 24 hours
• Phone Cancellation 3 hours*

* Cancellations by phone only weekdays bet. 4:30 am-11pm

Q. Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

A. After you have received your "Confirmation Email ", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 12 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)
